The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our LATAM Information Display team as Sales Engineer/Technical Trainer . Our ID team is responsible for helping to develop and grow the ID business in line with LG’s strategies and objectives.
Role Overview
We are looking for a technical, detail-oriented, and communicative professional to join our LATAM ID team and take ownership of technical training, sales enablement, and solution support for LG’s B2B Digital Signage, LED, and cloud-based platforms.
This role acts as a bridge between engineering, sales, pre-sales, and regional teams, ensuring that internal staff and partners clearly understand LG solutions—from fundamentals to advanced, real-world deployment scenarios.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating both technical depth and business context, enjoys structuring knowledge, and can translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.

What You’ll Do
Technical Training & Certification
- Provide technical training for partners and internal staff regarding: LED Technology, Digital Signage Solutions, Hotel TV Solutions and LG Software Solutions.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve on-demand technical and commercial training programs to empower customers, partners, and internal teams. Create and maintain high-quality learning assets—including videos, slide decks, documentation, and exams—while ensuring all content is up to date with the latest features, best practices, and real-world use cases.
- Structure learning paths and certification levels, adapting depth to different audiences (sales, pre-sales, engineers).
- Provide regular webinars to engage clients and partners regarding new products and solutions.
Solution Enablement & Pre-Sales Support
- Act as an internal technical consultant, owning and evangelizing the department’s technology portfolio, including Professional Displays (Standalone, Videowall, High Brightness), LED Panels, Hotel TVs, Digital Signage Software, and related B2B solutions.
- Support Latin American subsidiaries sales and pre-sales teams in solution design, positioning, and technical validation
Required Skills & Qualifications
General
- At least 3 years of experience working with professional display solutions with sales focus.
- At least 2 years of experience working with LED technologies with sales focus.
- Knowledge of different LED solution types
- Experience in B2B based sales projects
- Fluent in English - Spanish is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of LED display technology (pixel pitch, brightness, color spaces, power, signal flow)
- Solid knowledge of AV and IT networking concepts (VLANs, multicast)
- Familiarity with firmware management, system commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Comfort with technical calculations and spec sheet analysis
Training & Communication
- Proven ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple, practical way
- Experience creating structured training programs, exams, and technical presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, familiarity with translation solutions such as google Translate, ElevenLabs, and others.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Turnkey Integration
- Background in AV integration, system engineering, or technical sales
- Experience working with LATAM markets
- Spanish and/or Korean fluency
- CTS or CTS-D Certification
Work Location & Availability
- On-site position
- Role will be based in São Paulo, with activities primarily at Morumbi and Água Branca offices
- Availability for travel up to 30% of the time, depending on business needs (customer visits, training, events).
