About the Client Phi Partners has been a trusted partner to the client for over a decade, delivering strategic solutions across Front Office Quant, eTrading, Pricing & Risk, and Core Technology. As our presence continues to grow across their global subsidiaries, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Brazil and support the Fixed Income trading desk of the client's largest subsidiary. This role is embedded within a high-performing Front Office environment, operating at the intersection of business and technology. Working across Finance, Middle Office, Front Office, and IT teams, the successful candidate will oversee scope management, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities The main activities will be to: Own delivery of Front Office Fixed Income programmes from initiation through to production release. Control scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and delivery risk across 2–3 parallel workstreams. Act as the primary point of accountability between Trading, IT, Finance, Middle Office and Operations. Oversee delivery across pricing, booking, risk, settlement and P&L platforms. Manage Waterfall delivery risks, balancing scope, cost, quality and timelines. Run governance forums, and senior stakeholder updates with clear escalation ownership. Provide leadership to Business Analysts, developers and testing teams to ensure outcomes are delivered, not just specified.

Key Skills The ideal candidate will bring extensive Project Management experience within Front Office technology environments in Investment Banking, with exposure to Fixed Income pricing, trade booking, and risk management systems. They will demonstrate a strong track record across the following areas: Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products including rates, credit and derivatives. Expertise in the end-to-end trade lifecycle (front-to-back: pricing, trade capture, risk, settlement, P&L). Strong IT background and the ability to gain understanding of technical specifications quickly. Ability to deliver large-scale Waterfall projects. Lead coordination of business priorities and manage cross functional teams for project execution. Excellent time management to work across parallel projects multiple cross-functional resources. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Nice to Have • Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or other PM certifications. • Experience delivering within global bank frameworks or heavily governed IT environments.
