A Teddy Open Finance está em busca de um profissional talentoso e motivado para se juntar à nossa equipe. Se você deseja fazer parte do futuro do setor financeiro, venha para o nosso time. O que você vai fazer:
Liderar e orientar equipes de desenvolvedores, interagindo com múltiplas Squads para garantir o sucesso dos produtos/projetos;
Projetar, desenvolver e manter sistemas utilizando Nodejs e outras tecnologias relevantes;
Gerenciar sistemas de mensageria, incluindo Kafka ou RabbitMQ, para suportar processos de integração e entrega de dados;
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de arquitetura e design;
Garantir a qualidade do código e dos produtos;
Avaliar e otimizar o desempenho dos aplicativos e sistemas;
Apoiar na evolução da esteira DevOps;
Apoiar infra na gestão de custo da AWS;
Contribuir para planejamento de solução junto ao time de produto e design. O que esperamos de você:
Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software com Nodejs;
Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de aplicações em nuvem ambiente AWS;
Conhecimento em mensageria Kafka, RabbitMQ, Etc;
Experiência em git e gitflow;
Experiência em liderança de equipes;
Experiência em desenvolvimento de software em escala e Micro serviços;
Experiência em ambientes de DevOps;
Ter atuado em squads e métodos ágeis;
Conhecimento nas ferramentas da Atlassian como Jira e Confluence. Diferenciais :
Conhecimento em Front End e em outras linguagens;
Familiaridade com bancos de dados MySQL, PostGree, Redis, MongoDB. Benefícios:
