O desafio ⚡ Buscamos um(a) Strategy Associate que combine pensamento analítico + execução no campo .
Esse não é um papel “de escritório”. Você vai estar no centro da expansão da Innovamat no Brasil: entendendo o mercado, testando estratégias, falando com clientes e ajudando a construir o playbook de crescimento no país.

O que você vai fazer Apoiar a definição da estratégia de entrada e crescimento no Brasil Mapear o mercado educacional (escolas, redes, grupos, stakeholders) Trabalhar junto com o time de Growth na geração e qualificação de oportunidades Participar de reuniões com escolas e decisores (lado comercial + estratégico) Analisar dados de mercado, pipeline e performance para orientar decisões Testar hipóteses de crescimento (mensagens, canais, abordagem comercial) Ajudar a construir processos, playbooks e formas de escalar Apoiar iniciativas cross-funcionais (marketing, produto, operações) O que buscamos 1–3 anos de experiência em consultoria, estratégia, business ops ou áreas analíticas Forte capacidade analítica + pensamento estruturado Mão na massa: conforto com execução, não só com análise Comunicação clara e habilidade de síntese Curiosidade intelectual e aprendizado rápido Interesse genuíno por educação Inglês avançado e português fluente Você vai se destacar se… Já trabalhou em consultoria estratégica (ex: MBB, boutiques, etc.) Tem experiência em startups ou ambientes de alto crescimento Já participou de projetos de expansão ou entrada em novos mercados Tem familiaridade com o setor educacional brasileiro Por que esse papel é diferente Alta exposição a decisões estratégicas desde o início Mistura real de estratégia + execução (sem “powerpoints vazios”) Curva de aprendizado acelerada Impacto direto na construção da Innovamat no Brasil O que oferecemos Ambiente internacional e empreendedor Crescimento profissional rápido Autonomia e responsabilidade desde o dia 1 Equipamentos de trabalho Benefícios competitivos Semana extra de descanso no final do ano Se você quer aprender rápido, construir do zero e ter impacto real — queremos te conhecer.
