Senior Product Designer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a hands-on execution role suited to a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, can work independently with minimal direction, and enjoys solving complex UX challenges through thoughtful, polished design. ● You''ll work closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly validate ideas, improve user experiences, and deliver production-ready designs that create measurable business impact. ●You''ll be involved in a variety of optimisation and product enhancement initiatives, including:Improving cross-sell and upsell journeys to create seamless customer experiences. ●Leading discovery and design work for subscription management features, from research through to high-fidelity prototypes. ●Conducting user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis, and reviewing customer feedback to inform design decisions. ●Enhancing landing pages and core product experiences to support international growth. ●Improving authentication and account management user journeys. ●Supporting additional product design initiatives as priorities evolve throughout the engagement. ●Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive, user-centred experiences across web and product platforms. ●Rapidly design, prototype and iterate production-ready user interfaces that balance user needs with business outcomes. ●Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma. ●Work within and extend an established design system, creating scalable, reusable components rather than one-off solutions. ●Use analytics, funnel data, customer feedback, support insights and qualitative research to identify opportunities for optimisation. ●Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to deliver features efficiently. ●Take ownership of design challenges with minimal supervision, working from high-level objectives rather than detailed specifications. ●Balance speed and quality while managing multiple priorities within a fixed delivery timeline. ●Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years'' commercial Product Design experience, ideally within SaaS or digital products. ●Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, UX thinking and systems-based design. ●Experience designing customer-facing B2C products and digital experiences. ●Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries, prototyping and design systems. ●Commercial experience working within and extending design systems using a component-first approach. ●Commercial experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools (Claude Design preferred). ●Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing and data-informed design. ●Experience using analytics, funnel data, customer feedback and support insights to prioritise UX improvements. ●Experience delivering high-quality design work within fast-paced product environments using lightweight processes. ●Comfortable working independently with minimal direction and turning high-level objectives into production-ready designs. ●Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ●DesirableExperience working within subscription-based or SaaS products. ●Experience optimising conversion funnels and customer journeys. ●Familiarity with internationalisation and localisation considerations. ●Experience working within agile product teams. ●What We''re Looking ForA self-starter who can quickly understand problems and propose effective design solutions. ●Someone who combines exceptional visual design with strong product thinking. ●Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities. ●Passionate about creating intuitive, accessible and engaging user experiences. ●Able to deliver high-quality work at pace without compromising design standards. ●.
