Estamos procurando um(a) Closer de Alta Performance para integrar nosso time comercial e conduzir negociações consultivas com leads qualificados.
Buscamos profissionais que tenham histórico comprovado de resultados, gostem de desafios e sejam movidos por metas e crescimento financeiro. Sua missão:
Transformar oportunidades qualificadas em clientes através de uma venda consultiva, estratégica e focada em gerar valor para o cliente. Principais responsabilidades:
Conduzir reuniões comerciais com leads qualificados.
Diagnosticar necessidades e apresentar soluções personalizadas.
Elaborar propostas comerciais e negociar contratos.
Realizar follow-ups estratégicos.
Atualizar CRM e manter o pipeline organizado.
Atingir e superar metas de vendas.
Trabalhar em parceria com SDRs e equipe de marketing. Requisitos:
Experiência comprovada como Closer, Executivo de Vendas ou Consultor Comercial.
Histórico de atingimento ou superação de metas.
Excelente comunicação e poder de negociação.
Capacidade de conduzir vendas consultivas.
Organização e gestão eficiente do funil de vendas.
Conhecimento em CRM. Diferenciais:
Experiência com mentorias, educação, infoprodutos ou consultorias.
Vivência com tickets médios e altos.
Conhecimento em metodologias SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale ou BANT.
Experiência em vendas remotas. Perfil que buscamos:
