Estamos em busca de um(a) Field Engineer com perfil mão na massa, olhar analítico e vontade de estar próximo da cliente, garantindo que nossa tecnologia funcione com excelência onde tudo acontece no campo. Aqui, valorizamos pessoas que gostam de resolver problemas, calçar as botas, aprender na prática e construir soluções junto com o cliente. Principais responsabilidades Solucionar problemas, montar, implantar, realizar manutenção e reparos em equipamentos designados. Realizar pesquisas para identificar problemas e desenvolver soluções adequadas para nossos clientes. Garantir a confiabilidade e o desempenho do sistema e da rede por meio de monitoramento e gerenciamento de pesquisas. Realizar manutenção preventiva e modificações em campo. Manter-se atualizado com as responsabilidades administrativas, como o preenchimento de registros de atendimento ao cliente e registros de serviço internos. Manter as ferramentas e equipamentos de teste calibrados corretamente. Responder às solicitações de serviço dos clientes. Conduzir testes de campo com clientes e subcontratados. Desenvolver e manter a documentação técnica e operacional para aprimorar continuamente os ambientes de computação. Requisitos 1 a 2 anos de experiência na área, com formação superior em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Carteira de habilitação válida (CNH). Experiência em resolução de problemas e atendimento ao cliente. Conhecimento em ferramentas Google Workspace, especialmente Google Sheets, Docs e Apresentações . Boa capacidade analítica e facilidade para interpretar cenários e propor soluções. Comunicação clara e objetiva para explicar temas técnicos de forma simples. Bom relacionamento interpessoal e facilidade para atuar próximo da operação e dos clientes. Organização, autonomia e ótima gestão do tempo no dia a dia de campo Diferencial Inglês Intermediário ou Avançado O que oferecemos: Plano de saúde – cuidando do que realmente importa
