Data Engineer

Data Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, building scalable reporting solutions, and working across multiple data sources. ●Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Gold-layer data models to support downstream reporting and analytics
• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, semantic models, and dashboards
• Create and maintain SQL-based transformations and reporting workflows
• Extend and standardize Silver-layer transformations across multiple source systems
• Identify and integrate new fields, tables, and data sources into the existing infrastructure
• Document data models, lineage, and assumptions for ongoing maintenance and handoff
• Support month-end reporting processes and help automate reporting workflowsRequirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Snowflake or Databricks backgrounds are also welcome)
• Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, semantic models, and report development
• Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals
• Experience working with medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
• Experience consolidating data from multiple systems and vendors
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in async environmentsNice to Have:
• Healthcare industry experience
• Exposure to revenue cycle, claims, AR, or EHR/PM systemsWhat Were Looking For:
