Geotechnical Engineer

Geotechnical Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Your expertise in working within complex technical environments and your ability to collaborate effectively will be key to your success in this role. ●Location: Brazil (São Paulo)Responsibilities: Provide technical support to our customers in LATAM, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and delivering product and system expertise to maximize customer value. ● Compile POT procedure and technical documentation during bidding stage; Produce topographicalslope analyses, heat map based on provided topographical contour data using GIS software and Civil 3D. ● Interface with external drafting teams, ensuring compliance with templates, reviewing/redlining drawings, and maintaining quality standards. ● Modify drawings based on customer comments and feedback, and use these insights to enhance templates, notes, and technical views. ● Develop and manage a competitor intelligence database, including information on projects, products, and supply chain. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance product functionality and performance, meeting customer needs and project requirements. ●Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. ● Experience of fixed structure and foundation design is preferred. ● Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. ● Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. ● Willingness to learn and adapt to projects involving multiple contributors and version control. ● Practical experience leading a technical support team. ● 3+ years of experience in Solar PV projects, EPC companies (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or independent engineering firms reviewing mechanical structures related to Solar PV projects. ● Proficiency in L-Pile, SAP 2000, PV Case, AutoCAD, and understanding of Wind speed design requirements based on international codes and standards, along with basic knowledge of electrical engineering for solar PV projects. ● English or Spanish are required. ●.
