Tax Director - Detalhes da Vaga. ● 2) Supervise all tax compliance work, accurately calculate various taxes payable by the company compliant with Brazilian tax laws/regulations issued by federal, state, and municipal levels, declare and pay taxes in a timely manner, issue and receive tax invoices in compliance with the Brazilian tax laws/regulations. ● 3) Properly archive tax records, invoices and other documents or vouchers for at least 5 years as stipulated by Brazilian tax laws/regulations. ● 4) Update the information of the tax reform in Brazil and timely alert the impact on the local business operation and tax treatments. ● 5) Evaluate the potential tax costs and impacts of the company''s business decisions, contract terms, new business models. ● 6) Within the scope permitted by Brazilian law, use tax incentives, deductions, exemptions and other preferential tax treatments in order to optimize the company''s tax costs legally and avoid tax evasion or tax fraud as well. ● 7) Identify potential tax risk points, such as.
