What Youll Do

• Architect, install, and manage CCTV network infrastructures - witches, routers, firewalls - to ensure high performance, stability, and security.
• Implement and maintain VPNs (HA) for secure connectivity across multiple sites.
• Monitor network traffic and analyze performance to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent future disruptions.
• Coordinate with CCTV systems engineers and operations teams to optimize integration and signal flow.
• Keep detailed network documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures up to date.
• Assist in network scaling and upgrades to meet growing demands.
• Ensure all network deployments comply with security best practices and redundancy standards.

Who You Are

• Experienced Network Engineer (57 years) or similar background in network infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, QoS, and network redundancy (HSRP, VRRP).
• Proficient in secure network technologies: VPNs, firewalls, IPSec, and security monitoring.
• Familiar with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and high-availability configurations.
• Experienced in packet capture and network analysis (Wireshark or similar).
• Comfortable working with Linux/Unix systems.
• Excellent problem-solver who thrives under pressure and communicates clearly.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain network documentation rigorously.
