Field Clinical Specialist (Passo Fundo)

Stryker seeks a field clinical specialist to provide technical and clinical support for robotic-assisted orthopedic surgeries using the Mako system. The role involves preoperative coordination, equipment preparation, intraoperative support, troubleshooting, and training across multiple hospital sites in the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support during Mako robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures
- Coordinate preoperative planning including diagnostic imaging review, surgical scheduling, and supply inventory preparation
- Prepare and validate equipment, instruments, and system components prior to surgery
- Deliver real-time intraoperative support to surgeons and clinical teams in the operating room
- Troubleshoot technical issues and execute quality reporting processes as needed
Requirements
- Technical or higher education in nursing, surgical instrumentation, biomedical engineering, or related health field
- Experience with medical devices, clinical support, or surgical assistance in hospital settings
- Demonstrated experience working with healthcare professionals in operating room environments
- English proficiency for software documentation, manuals, and training materials
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Availability for 60-70% travel including international trips for certifications
- Previous experience in orthopedic, robotic, or high-complexity medical device technologies (preferred)
