We are looking for a

PMO Analyst,

who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will Develop project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics (KPIs) to provide insights on project health to stakeholders. Ensure projects follow standard processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Track project risks, dependencies, and issues, assisting with mitigation plans. Maintain project plans, logs, and documentation within PMO systems. Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for project delivery and efficiency. Monitor project performance and analyze data to improve delivery. Ensure governance compliance across projects. Maintain project documentation to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Mandatory Skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights. Effective reporting and communication skills for stakeholder management.
