Business Intelligence Developer (Remote)

A Brunel está apoiando uma consultoria de dados na busca por um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) de BI Pleno para atuar na construção e evolução de soluções analíticas, com forte ênfase em engenharia de dados.
A atuação envolve contato frequente com interlocutores internacionais , por isso o inglês é essencial para o dia a dia (reuniões, alinhamentos e documentação).
O dia a dia inclui desde a modelagem e transformação de dados até a entrega de dashboards e relatórios que suportem a tomada de decisão. A pessoa ideal combina domínio técnico em ferramentas de BI com sólida experiência em SQL e scripting para manipulação de dados em escala.
Responsabilidades
- Projetar, desenvolver e manter dashboards, relatórios e soluções analíticas em Power BI ou Qlik (Sense/SaaS) .
- Escrever e otimizar queries complexas em SQL para extração, transformação e carga de dados (ETL/ELT).
- Modelar dados dimensionais e relacionais, garantindo performance e escalabilidade das soluções.
- Desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados utilizando scripts em SQL, Python ou outras linguagens pertinentes.
- Conectar e integrar múltiplas fontes de dados (bancos relacionais, APIs, arquivos flat, data lakes).
- Documentar processos, modelos de dados e regras de negócio de forma clara e acessível.
- Colaborar com times multidisciplinares (produto, engenharia, negócios) para traduzir necessidades em soluções de dados.
- Participar de code reviews e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de dados.
Requisitos
- Experiência consolidada (3+ anos) com desenvolvimento de BI e/ou engenharia de dados.
- Domínio avançado de SQL (CTEs, window functions, otimização de queries, stored procedures).
- Experiência prática com Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M) e/ou Qlik (script de carga, set analysis).
- Conhecimento em modelagem de dados (star schema, snowflake, Data Vault).
- Experiência com pelo menos um banco de dados relacional (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle ou similar).
- Familiaridade com conceitos e ferramentas de ETL/ELT.
- Inglês avançado ou fluente, uso diário em reuniões e comunicação com times internacionais.
Diferenciais
- Experiência com Python para manipulação e automação de dados.
- Vivência com plataformas de dados em nuvem (especialmente Snowflake).
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de orquestração (Airflow, dbt, Azure Data Factory, SSIS).
- Experiência com versionamento de código (Git).
- Familiaridade com práticas de DataOps e CI/CD aplicadas a dados.
