Senior Safety Risk Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will lead the development and execution of in-app safety strategies, monitor emerging risk trends, and proactively address ongoing safety issues to ensure a secure user environment. ●Job Responsibilities:Build Delivery Safety Management System, establish an end-to-end safety framework covering risk prevention, incident response, and post-event review; Localize and implementcore safety products & technologies to ensure end-to-end risk management; Develop real-time safety monitoring systems for high-risk zones and anomaly detection; Design and manage in-app safety features, creating efficient mechanisms for incident reduction and prevention to ensure rapid response and clear accountability; Monitor safetyKPIs (incident rate, response time, user complaints, etc. ●) to drive continuous improvement. ● Requirements: Experience in delivering safety, with proven success in building security systems from scratch; Deep understanding of diverse cultural contexts, able to design localized solutions for region-specific challenges; Capable of establishing win-win safety mechanisms in legally ambiguous environments. ● Fluent in Portuguese and English. ●.
