Payroll Senior Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Key responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ●- Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc. ●), in compliance with current legislation. ●- Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes. ●- Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation. ●- Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, among others). ●- Provide support and assistance to employees for clarification of doubts related to payroll, benefits, and labor legislation. ●- Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on changes. ●- Prepare management reports and personnel cost analyses. ●Job Requirements:- Education: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. ●- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in payroll. ●- Technical skills:-Advanced proficiency in Excel-Experience with payroll systems-Experience with Workday is a differential. ● - Behavioral skills:-Fluent English. ●-Excellent interpersonal and written communication. ●-Extreme attention to detail and accuracy. ●-Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. ●-Proactivity and problem-solving skills. ●Job Highlights:- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. ●- Chances to make a significant impact as we scale global operations. ●.
