O Business Development Representative (BDR) será responsável por identificar e prospectar ativamente novas oportunidades de negócios, gerando leads qualificados para o time de vendas. A prospecção do BDR é feita com potenciais clientes que nunca tiveram contato com a Hyperflow. O foco está em expandir a base de clientes , gerenciar o funil de vendas e utilizar estratégias de prospecção eficazes para nutrir relacionamentos com potenciais clientes.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
Mapeamento dos perfis e públicos aderentes ao nosso negócio. Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes por meio de listas frias, cold calls e e-mails, identificando as principais oportunidades de negócio. Gerenciar o funil de vendas, desde a descoberta do lead até a entrega ao time de vendas, garantindo que todos os contatos sejam acompanhados e qualificados adequadamente. Manter registros detalhados e organizados das interações com leads, utilizando ferramentas de CRM e plataformas de prospecção. Criar relacionamento: iniciar e nutrir relacionamento com os leads, preparando-os para serem abordados pelos vendedores. Colaborar estreitamente com o time de vendas, garantindo que leads qualificados sejam entregues de forma clara e estruturada. Elaboração de ações com foco em resultados para impulsionamento do fluxo de vendas.Requisitos e qualificações
Experiência anterior como Representante de desenvolvimento de negócios com tecnologias SaaS, vendas ou produtos corporativos; Familiaridade com ferramentas de prospecção e trabalho com listas frias de potenciais clientes.
