Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while assisting in the preparation of HR and recruitment-related reports.
- Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company.
- Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines.
- Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments.
- Create documentation (video or SOPs) around Talent Acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources, or a related field within your penultimate or final year of study.
- Above average academic track record
- Professional English and Portuguese Language skills are required. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Must be self-motivated, ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when you are blocked on a task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude
- Self-motivated and energetic, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
