With over 300+ employees across Eastern Europe and Latin America (including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Uruguay, and Venezuela), we are dedicated to scaling remote software development teams for more than 40 U. ●S. ● -Based enterprises and startups, such as Ripple, Headspace, Carnegie, Flywire, YipitData, Niche, and BellXcel. ●We are looking for a skilled Global Payroll and Compensation Manager to join our Finance team and take ownership of global payroll and compensation operations for employees and contractors. ●This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution while supporting the company’s financial operations in a fully remote, international environment. ●Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end global payroll processes for employees and contractors as part of the Finance functionEnsure accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and other compensation componentsReview and validate time-tracking data prior to payroll processingCoordinate, review, and approve benefits-related requests in collaboration with HR and external providersProcess payroll-related payments via banks and international payment systemsPartner with EOR providers to manage payroll operations across multiple countriesAct as a key Finance team contact for payroll and compensation-related inquiriesEnsure payroll data accuracy, proper documentation, and confidentialitySupport financial reporting by providing payroll-related data and reconciliationsCollaborate closely with Legal, HR, and external partners to improve payroll and compensation processesRequirements5+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, or finance-related rolesProven experience managing payroll for employees and contractorsSolid understanding of payroll processes within a Finance functionExperience working with banks and international payment systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood command of English (written and spoken)Nice to HaveExperience working with EOR (Employer of Record) servicesBackground in EOR and recruitment servicesExperience using QuickBooksExperience supporting payroll in global, remote-first companiesWhat We OfferFull-time remote role with flexible working arrangementsOpportunity to work in a global, fast-growing environmentCollaboration with international teams and partnersCompetitive compensation packageKindly submit your up-to-date CV in English. ●.
