About the RoleAs an Account Representative, you will be responsible for expanding SHEMAR's presence in your assigned market by developing strategic customer relationships and turning technical advantages into commercial success. You will work closely with industry-leading utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers, helping them solve critical challenges while driving sustainable business growth.ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & Business Growth-
Develop and execute market expansion strategies based on the company's Key Account Map and regional business objectives.-
Identify new business opportunities and convert SHEMAR's technical advantages and product solutions into commercial orders.-
Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive market penetration.Customer Relationship Management-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels, including technical teams, procurement departments, and senior executives.-
Understand customers' strategic priorities and business challenges, positioning SHEMAR as a trusted long-term partner.-
Support high-level business discussions and facilitate strategic decision-making processes.Project & Opportunity Management-
Lead the full sales cycle for strategic projects, including UHV transmission, offshore wind power, and other critical power infrastructure applications.-
Independently manage complex projects and contracts ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.-
Coordinate bidding, commercial negotiations, and project execution to ensure successful order closure and delivery.Cross-functional Collaboration-
Act as the frontline representative of SHEMAR and work closely with internal technical experts, IEC standards specialists, engineering teams, and supply chain partners.-
Translate technical concepts into customer value propositions and effectively communicate solutions to various stakeholders.-
Ensure smooth project execution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsRequired-
Bachelor's degree or above.-
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in power utilities, energy, electrical equipment, or industrial sectors.-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.-
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.-
Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.-
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.Preferred-
Experience selling to utilities, EPC companies, renewable energy developers, or large industrial customers.-
Familiarity with transmission & distribution (T&D), substations, insulators, or other power system equipment.-
Ability to speak additional local languages is a strong plus.-
