Data Project Manager (remote)

A Brunel está apoiando uma empresa referência em soluções de dados e analytics na busca por um(a) Gerente de Projetos de Dados. Essa pessoa terá um papel estratégico na condução de iniciativas end-to-end — desde a fase de discovery até o go-live — atuando como ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio. O desafio envolve liderar projetos complexos de dados, garantindo entregas de alta qualidade, dentro do prazo e alinhadas aos objetivos da organização.
Buscamos um perfil que una forte experiência em gestão de projetos com repertório técnico em dados, capaz de navegar com autonomia entre stakeholders, engenharia e decisões de arquitetura.
Principais responsabilidades
Liderar projetos de dados de média e alta complexidade (data warehouse, data lake, ETL/ELT, BI, migração de dados, entre outros).
Definir e gerenciar escopo, cronograma, orçamento, recursos e riscos.
Conduzir cerimônias ágeis (dailies, sprints, retrospectivas) e adaptar frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, híbrido) conforme o contexto.
Atuar como interface entre times técnicos e áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas em planos de execução claros.
Monitorar KPIs de projeto (velocity, burn-down, progresso) e comunicar status para diferentes níveis da organização.
Antecipar riscos, dependências e gargalos, propondo planos de mitigação.
Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos nas entregas.
Garantir documentação estruturada de processos, decisões e aprendizados.
Impulsionar melhoria contínua nas práticas de gestão de projetos da área de dados.
Requisitos
Experiência consolidada (5+ anos) em gestão de projetos de tecnologia, sendo ao menos 2 anos em projetos de dados ou analytics.
Conhecimento prático do ecossistema de dados: data warehouse, data lake, ETL/ELT, modelagem de dados e ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau ou similares).
Domínio de metodologias ágeis e tradicionais (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK/Waterfall), com flexibilidade de aplicação.
Experiência com ferramentas de gestão (Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, Asana ou similares).
Forte habilidade de gestão de stakeholders e comunicação executiva.
Capacidade de interpretar documentação técnica (arquitetura, modelos de dados, integrações).
Inglês fluente (interação constante com times e stakeholders internacionais).
Diferenciais
Background técnico prévio (Data Analyst, Data Engineer ou BI Developer).
Experiência com cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
Uso de soluções de IA como aceleradores de entrega.
Conhecimento em SQL para validações básicas.
Vivência com change management em contextos data-driven.
Conhecimento em governança de dados (ex: DAMA-DMBOK).
Certificações (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe ou similares).
Experiência com gestão de portfólio e priorização estratégica.
