Dialogflow AI /ML Developer | Mid

Responsibilities :
- Criar, configurar e manter intents, entities e fluxos conversacionais no Dialogflow (CX ou ES);
- Desenvolver experiências conversacionais utilizando IA Generativa, incluindo criação de prompts e playbooks;
- Construir jornadas conversacionais com foco em Processamento de Linguagem Natural (NLP);
- Integrar chatbots a diferentes canais, como web, aplicativos e WhatsApp;
- Monitorar e otimizar a performance, assertividade e qualidade das interações do bot;
- Evoluir continuamente a experiência do usuário com base em métricas, análises e comportamento real de uso;
- Contribuir para a definição de boas práticas de UX Conversacional e desenho de jornadas digitais.
Requirements
- Experiência prática com Dialogflow (CX ou ES);
- Vivência na construção e manutenção de fluxos conversacionais, incluindo intents, entities e contextos;
- Experiência com IA Generativa aplicada a chatbots, especialmente em Prompt Design e Playbooks;
- Conhecimento em NLP (Natural Language Processing);
- Experiência na integração de chatbots com múltiplos canais de atendimento;
- Capacidade de desenhar jornadas conversacionais centradas na experiência do usuário (UX Conversacional);
- Perfil analítico, com foco na melhoria contínua da experiência digital e dos indicadores de atendimento.
