A Brunel está apoiando uma empresa inovadora do segmento de georastreamento e rastreamento inteligente , que utiliza tecnologia para gerar insights estratégicos através de dados de localização em tempo real.
Buscamos um(a) Engineering Tech Lead com perfil hands-on , que combine excelência técnica com capacidade de liderança, atuando diretamente no desenvolvimento e na evolução de um produto altamente escalável e orientado a dados.
Sobre a posição:
Essa posição tem um equilíbrio entre desenvolvimento (50%) e liderança (50%) , sendo ideal para alguém que gosta de codar, tomar decisões técnicas e desenvolver pessoas ao mesmo tempo .
Você liderará um time ágil multidisciplinar, garantindo entregas de alta qualidade enquanto contribui ativamente com o código e a arquitetura das soluções.
A posição é 100% remota e o modelo de contrato é CLT. Inglês é essencial, pois a comunicação será com times internacionais .
Principais responsabilidades:
- Desenvolver e manter aplicações escaláveis utilizando Node.Js e TypeScript
- Definir e evoluir arquitetura de sistemas (microserviços e integrações)
- Garantir boas práticas de desenvolvimento, testes e deploy
- Atuar na resolução de problemas técnicos complexos
- Assegurar performance, confiabilidade e segurança das aplicações
- Liderar, mentorar e desenvolver engenheiros
- Conduzir cerimônias ágeis (Scrum)
- Gerenciar backlog, priorização e definição de histórias
- Garantir entregas dentro do prazo e com qualidade
- Balancear evolução do produto com gestão de dívida técnica
O que esperamos desse profissional:
- Perfil hands-on , com forte atuação em código
- Capacidade de liderar pelo exemplo
- Experiência em ambientes ágeis e de alta velocidade
- Forte habilidade de comunicação com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio
- Visão de produto aliada à execução técnica
- Forte experiência com Node.Js e TypeScript
- Experiência com arquitetura de microserviços
- Vivência com AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes
- Conhecimento em CI/CD e práticas DevOps
- Experiência com Scrum/Agile
- Sólida base em system design e escalabilidade
- Experiência prévia liderando ou mentorando times
Diferenciais:
- Experiência com arquitetura orientada a eventos (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Conhecimento em frontend moderno (React, Angular)
- Experiência com Ruby on Rails
- Vivência com ferramentas de observabilidade (Datadog, Grafana, etc.)
- Experiência em ambientes de alto crescimento (startups/scale-ups)
Experiência:
- +6 anos em engenharia de software
- +2 anos em liderança técnica ou gestão de times
- Experiência com APIs, cloud e sistemas distribuídos
