Job Description About the Role
We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. In this role, you will be the main HR partner for our manufacturing plant, working closely with local leadership while also directly supporting employees at all levels — from the shop floor to senior management. Here, you don't just define strategies: you also put them into practice. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solves day-to-day problems, and can naturally navigate between strategic conversations and operational demands. Location: CAMPINAS - SP What You Will Do
Serve as a strategic partner to the plant's leadership team on all people-related matters
Support organizational climate initiatives, including diagnostics and action plans
Lead leadership and team development processes
Contribute to the definition and review of the organizational structure, aligned with business needs
Identify opportunities to improve internal HR and people management processes
Support employees at all levels on topics such as career management, labor relations, and day-to-day operational HR demands
Interface with HR sub-areas (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Operations)
Ensure the application of HR policies and compliance with labor legislation
Act as a change agent and driver of cultural transformation What We Are Looking For
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Solid experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in an industrial environment
Advanced English
Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (desirable)
Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
Hands-on profile: comfortable in both strategic discussions and operational execution
Previous experience as an HR Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (strong plus)
Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields (desirable) Key Competencies
