Role Overview:

We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support. This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Requirements:

- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) OR experience with Omni Chat. - 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields. - Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant. - Strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis. - Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries. - Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance. - Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions. - Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.

Offer Details:
