Role Overview

This is a contractor and full-time position. Engagement and payments are handled through Deel. Monthly payment in USD.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Production Consultant responsible for end-to-end manufacturing and production processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role involves designing and implementing SAP PP solutions to improve production efficiency, scheduling accuracy, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design SAP S/4HANA production solutions and define production planning, MRP, and shop floor control processes.
• Align production with supply chain and finance, ensuring integration with MM, QM, and CO modules.
• Configure SAP PP modules in ECC and S/4HANA, including the setup of MRP, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Implement production orders and scheduling while enabling real-time production tracking.
• Define scope and timelines for production workstreams, lead workshops with manufacturing teams, and coordinate data migration.
• Improve production efficiency and resource utilization while enhancing visibility into production KPIs using S/4HANA analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Solution Design: Design SAP S/4HANA production solutions and define production planning, MRP, and shop floor control processes.
• System Integration: Align production with supply chain and finance, ensuring integration with MM, QM, and CO modules.
• Configuration: Configure SAP PP modules in ECC and S/4HANA, including the setup of MRP, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Execution: Implement production orders and scheduling while enabling real-time production tracking.
• Project Leadership: Define scope and timelines for production workstreams, lead workshops with manufacturing teams, and coordinate data migration.
• Performance Optimization: Improve production efficiency and resource utilization while enhancing visibility into production KPIs using S/4HANA analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• English Level: Advanced / Fluent (Mandatory).
• Experience: 8+ years of SAP PP expertise, including experience with both ECC and S/4HANA.
• Industry Expertise: Proven Manufacturing experience (Required).
• Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of MRP, production planning, and shop floor control.
• Expertise in BOMs, routings, and integration with MM, QM, and CO.
• Implementation History: 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, analytical thinking, workshop facilitation, and a cross-functional mindset.
