Billing Coordinator - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This person coordinates the Billing Team to accomplish billing area goals. ●Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice generationReview and validate billing transactions, pricing structures, tax application (e. ●G. ●, ISS, ICMS, PIS/COFINS), and client-specific requirementsEnsure billing aligns with contractual terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and revenue recognition standardsIdentify and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, or process gapsPartner closely with Accounts Receivabel/Cash Collections teams to ensure alignment between invoicing and collectionsSupport aging review processes and contribute to reduction of overdue balancesMonitor billing-related impacts on cash flow and provide visibility to Finance leadershipPrepare and review billing-related reports for month-end, including revenue and variance analysisPerform balance sheet reconciliations (Accounts Receivable, accrued revenue, intercompany, etc. ●)Ensure accuracy of financial data supporting Profit and Loss (P&L) and reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with Brazilian fiscal and tax regulations (including electronic invoicing/NF-e)Coordinate with external accounting firms and auditors to support statutory reporting and auditsMaintain proper documentation and controls to meet internal and external audit standardsIdentify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency through automationSupport implementation of systems/tools (e. ●G. ●, ERP, billing platforms, Blackline, etc. ●)Standardize procedures across Brazil and align with LATAM/global best practicesAct as primary point of contact for billing-related matters for internal teams (Client Engagement, Operations, Finance)Collaborate with regional teams across LATAM to ensure consistency and knowledge sharingBuild strong relationships with clients when needed to resolve billing inquiriesSupervise and mentor Billing Analysts or junior team membersProvide guidance, training, and performance feedbackEnsure workload allocation aligns with priorities and deadlinesKnowledge, Skills +Experience2+ years of experience with journal entries, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, working with external Accounting firms and suppliers2+ years of experience in a similar level roleBachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fieldAdvanced English level is requiredSAP experience preferredStrong analytical skills and highly detail-orientedExcellent organizational skills, follow-up, and a proactive work styleAble to interact effectively across many offices and levels of business#LI-Hybrid.
