About the role?

The role will be part of our Research and Guidance team based in Sao Paulo, supporting our US business.

As a Research Coordinator, you will be expected to learn and become an expert in our System1 tools and systems, responsible for timely & accurate delivery of data projects to ensure client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities include: Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure all materials are received on time.

Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects follow agreed processes and operational standards.

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned research projects , collaborating closely with Project Management to keep timelines, milestones, and quality on track.

Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports.

Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards. You need to be this kind of person: Highly organised with great attention to detail Meticulous and process driven Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task across different projects & tasks Organised, proactive with a positive can-do attitude Ability to be a self-starter but also be a team player You need to have the following experience: Strong academic qualifications, preferably in areas relevant to our business (marketing, psychology, business) Excellent numeracy and analytical skills demonstrated Fluent in English (verbal and written) Benefits
