Junior Spanish Recruiter - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying talent, and building candidate relationships. ● You will support recruitment processes for international clients, particularly within the Spanish-speaking market. ●We are specifically looking for a native Spanish speaker from a Spanish-speaking country who is currently based in Brazil and is fluent in English. ●What You''ll DoSource and build pipelines of qualified candidates. ●Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews. ●Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements. ●Conduct outreach through calls, messages, and other sourcing channels. ●Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. ●Maintain accurate candidate information in internal systems. ●Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs. ●Work toward weekly recruitment activity and productivity goals. ●Support recruitment for international clients and Spanish-speaking markets. ●What We''re Looking ForNative Spanish speaker from a Spanish-speaking country. ●Currently living in Brazil. ●Fluent English. ●Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ●Ability to build relationships and confidently speak with candidates. ●Good organization and attention to detail. ●Comfortable working with activity goals, KPIs, and recruitment targets. ●Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ●Motivation and interest in developing a career in recruitment. ●ExperienceSome previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, Sourcing, or Headhunting is required. ●Experience in customer service, HR, or other people-focused roles is a plus. ●Experience recruiting for the Spanish-speaking market is highly valued. ●Familiarity with Recruiter, job boards, or ATS platforms is a plus. ●Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or international recruitment is a strong advantage. ●If you''re a native Spanish speaker living in Brazil, fluent in English, and looking to grow your career in international recruitment, we''d love to hear from you!.
