Buscamos um Engenheiro de Qualidade Sênior dedicado e detalhista, com sólida experiência em automação de testes e testes manuais, para integrar nossa equipe dinâmica. O candidato ideal possuirá expertise técnica, experiência prática com ferramentas e frameworks, e uma mentalidade colaborativa para garantir a entrega de soluções de software de alta qualidade.
Principais Responsabilidades
Automação de Testes e Desenvolvimento de Frameworks: Projetar, implementar e manter frameworks de automação de testes utilizando ferramentas como o Robot Framework. Desenvolver scripts de teste utilizando o Robot Framework ou outras ferramentas de script. Utilizar linguagens de programação como Python para criar casos de teste automatizados robustos. Implementar Desenvolvimento Orientado a Comportamento (BDD).
Testes Manuais e Funcionais: Realizar testes manuais completos onde a automação não for aplicável. Colaborar com membros da equipe em esforços de teste multifuncionais e entre produtos. Identificar e reportar bugs utilizando Jira, Xray ou ferramentas similares.
Colaboração e Treinamento da Equipe: Envolver ativamente a equipe em iniciativas de qualidade e capacitá-la com as melhores práticas de teste. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com uma equipe de produto dedicada para estabelecer metas de qualidade de longo prazo.
Integração e Entrega Contínuas (CI/CD): Configurar e manter pipelines de CI/CD usando ferramentas como GitLab ou similares. Integrar testes automatizados em pipelines de desenvolvimento para garantir verificações contínuas de qualidade.
Especialização em Testes: Realizar testes de API usando ferramentas como Postman.
Conhecimento do Domínio: Garantir a qualidade em plataformas específicas do domínio, como Salesforce.
Trabalhar em aplicações com integrações e fluxos de trabalho complexos.
Requisitos
Habilidades e Experiência Necessárias
Mais de 6 anos de experiência em práticas e ferramentas de automação de testes.
Experiência prática com Robot Framework, Selenium e ferramentas de script.
Proficiência em inglês (nível B2 ou superior) para comunicação clara e eficaz.
Familiaridade com metodologias Agile/Scrum e práticas DevOps.
Proficiência em sistemas de controle de versão como Git e ambientes de desenvolvimento como VS Code.
Sólida experiência em design de cenários de teste, relatórios de bugs e execução de testes funcionais.
Graduação completa.
Desejável
Certificação ISTQB ou equivalente.
Experiência prática com automação de testes em dispositivos móveis. Experiência com testes do Salesforce e fluxos de trabalho relacionados.
Experiência prática com testes baseados em IA.
Experiência com projetos ou programas na área da saúde.
