Product Owner - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Following a period of impressive growth, our client is now looking to appoint a Product Owner Client Onboarding & Customer Success to play a pivotal role in their next phase. ●This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of product, clients, and operationsowning the journey from signed deal through to successful platform adoption. ● The OpportunityAs Product Owner, youll take the lead in ensuring new clients are seamlessly onboarded and set up for success from day one. ● Working closely with senior leadership, engineering, and customer success, youll help clients quickly reach their first live auction and build long-term confidence using the platform. ●This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where youll:- Guide clients through onboarding and implementation- Translate real-world client needs into clear product requirements- Support ongoing customer success and operational excellence- Play a key role in product testing and continuous improvement What Youll Be Doing- Owning the end-to-end onboarding journey from sales handover to go-live- Acting as a trusted partner to clients, supporting early use and best practice- Gathering and defining technical and operational requirements- Collaborating with engineering to ensure smooth configuration and delivery- Testing new features and ensuring releases are client-ready- Feeding real client insight back into the product roadmap What Were Looking For- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or SaaS Implementation specialist- A strong track record in customer success, onboarding, or client-facing roles- Ability to translate client needs into structured product requirements- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders- Exposure to B2B SaaS, Agile environments, or platform-based products would be highly advantageous. ● Why Apply?- Join a scaling, globally-focused SaaS business at an exciting stage of growth- Work directly with an experienced and passionate leadership team- Have real influence over product direction and client success- Fully remote role with international collaboration- Be instrumental in shaping how clients experience and succeed with the platformIf youre a product-minded professional who thrives on solving real client problems and driving meaningful outcomes, wed love to hear from you. ●.
