Senior Site Architect - Luxury Hospitality & Villa Development (On-Site | Ceará, Brazil)

Utopia Design is seeking a highly experienced Site Architect to join our team on-site in Ceará, Brazil. This is a construction-focused role and is not intended for architects whose experience is primarily in design development or office-based project work.

We are looking for a professional with proven experience delivering luxury hospitality, resort, branded residence, or high-end villa projects during the construction phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring design intent is executed to the highest standards while coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders on-site
