/n Competências Técnicas:
Ensino Superior em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Design ou áreas afins;
Experiência na função;
Domínio avançado de softwares de edição de vídeo;
Domínio das ferramentas nativas do Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest e YouTube. Competências Comportamentais:

/n Planejar, captar e editar vídeos para redes sociais como Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest e YouTube, utilizando técnicas de captação de vídeo e áudio com smartphone ou câmera Nikon; Edição de vídeos utilizando ferramentas como CapCut, Adobe Premiere ou similares; Desenvolver e executar roteiros focados em engajamento, retenção e aumento de base; Mapear tendências, formatos de vídeo e dinâmicas de consumo para aplicação ágil nos canais da marca; Adaptar vídeos com foco em conversão para campanhas de tráfego pago; Monitorar e analisar as métricas de desempenho das redes sociais para otimização contínua dos resultados; Participar do planejamento e construção do cronograma das redes sociais; Auxiliar na roteirização, direcionamento criativo e acompanhamento das entregas de produções audiovisuais realizadas por fornecedores externos; Auxiliar na cobertura audiovisual de eventos e ativações internas.
