/n Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência gerindo projetos de tecnologia de alta complexidade;
Sólido conhecimento nas disciplinas de Gestão de Projetos (PMBOK), Metodologias Ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e ferramentas de mercado (Jira / MS Project);
Entendimento do ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento e entrega de soluções (DevOps) e conhecimento de processos de segurança, infraestrutura e disponibilidade de TI;
Habilidade em negociação, gestão de conflitos em ambientes corporativos e comunicação executiva.
/n Gerenciar projetos garantindo total alinhamento com a estratégia corporativa e os objetivos de negócio;
Gerenciar a alocação de recursos, elaborar sumários executivos e realizar constante análise de riscos, mantendo a transparência e a previsibilidade para todos os stakeholders;
Acompanhar múltiplos projetos simultâneos com viés de gerenciamento das interdependências e sinergias entre os projetos do programa, garantindo a excelência na evolução das entregas de valor dentro do orçamento (eficiência, otimização de recursos compartilhados) e prazos;
Garantir o equilíbrio entre as dimensões de Escopo, Cronograma, Custos, Riscos, Qualidade, Comunicação e Engajamento de Stakeholders.
