How you'll make an impact As an Accounting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in: Driving Systems Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize accounting systems like JDE, Kyriba, and Concur, ensuring they meet both global and Brazilian regulatory standards. Enhancing Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, creating workflows that simplify and improve accounting operations. Ensuring Data Accuracy: Support data migration efforts, validate financial data, and perform reconciliations to maintain integrity during system transitions. Supporting Compliance: Ensure adherence to Brazilian tax and regulatory requirements while aligning with global accounting policies like IFRS and US GAAP. Empowering Teams: Provide training and create user-friendly documentation to help colleagues navigate new systems with confidence. Collaborating Across Borders: Work closely with global teams, bridging the gap between technical and accounting functions to achieve seamless implementation. About you We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and brings: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus). 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles, with a strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and Brazilian statutory/tax regulations. Proven expertise in systems implementation (, JDE, Kyriba, Concur) and familiarity with data migration and banking processes. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish fluency is a strong advantage). A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones.
