concepts but is not required to be a hands-on technical specialist, developer, or advanced SQL user. ●Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and project team members. ●Lead and support requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. ●Understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and desired outcomes. ●Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable business and functional requirements. ●Develop and maintain business requirements documents, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related project documentation. ●Facilitate structured walkthroughs and reviews of requirements with business stakeholders and project team members. ●Work with business and technology teams to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. ●Evaluate business requests to determine scope, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and potential solution options. ●Support projects involving data, reporting, business intelligence, data warehousing, or information management. ●Work with business stakeholders to define reporting needs, business rules, data definitions, and expected outcomes. ●Assist business and technology teams in identifying data-related issues and documenting potential solutions. ●Support the development and refinement of project backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. ●Participate in project planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. ●Support user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios, coordinating business participation, documenting results, and tracking issues through resolution. ●Assist with change management, implementation planning, troubleshooting, and post-production support activities. ●Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes, project delivery, service quality, and operational efficiency. ●Encourage collaboration and help establish a shared understanding of evolving business requirements and project needs. ●Communicate project updates, risks, decisions, dependencies, and outstanding issues to appropriate stakeholders. ●Manage multiple assignments, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a Analyst. ●Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements. ●Experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams. ●Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and business requirements. ●Experience working in an Agile, Scrum, or similar environment. ●PreferredExperience supporting data teams or working on data-related projects. ●Experience with data warehousing, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data integration, or data management initiatives. ●General familiarity with structured
