Designer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● 5+ years experience within Figma / with teams within Figma. ●Expert-level animation portfolio demonstrating work for reputable brands or agencies. ●Advanced experience with Adobe After Effects. ●Advanced experience with Adobe Premiere Pro. ●Strong digital and social media animation background. ●Ability to create storyboards and develop concepts from the ground up. ●Strong design sensibility and visual storytelling skills. ●Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ●Ability to absorb creative direction and transform concepts into engaging animations quickly. ●Nice to Have Skills & Experience:Agency experience. ●Experience supporting paid media campaigns. ●Experience creating Instagram-focused animated content. ●Experience supporting major consumer brands. ●Portfolio featuring work for recognized global brands such as Nike, Apple, or similar organizations. ●Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced creative environments. ●Job Description:Our client is seeking a Digital Animator / Designer to support a fast-paced internal creative studio responsible for developing digital content across social media, web, CRM, retail, and marketing campaigns. ● This individual will serve as an extension of the core design team, bringing highly creative animation capabilities while contributing to select front-end design initiatives. ● Approximately 85% of the role will focus on animation. ●Responsibilities:Create and animate content for social media, web, CRM, retail marketing, and campaign assets. ●Develop animations for Instagram reels, stories, highlights, and paid media initiatives. ●Edit and recut video content for digital campaigns, retail video walls, temporary retail environments, and promotional assets. ●Collaborate closely with designers and marketing stakeholders to execute creative briefs. ● Participate in storyboard development, concept ideation, and art boarding before production begins. ●Bring new creative ideas and proactively contribute to campaign development. ●Support high-volume creative production with quick turnaround requirements. ●Attend regular stand-ups and work alongside the studio''s design and animation teams. ●Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed. ●Help commercialize creative materials supporting IQOS and ZYN initiatives. ●.
