Join a fast-paced environment where you will design, build, and scale high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android. This role demands technical excellence, ownership, and a passion for delivering robust, production-grade solutions. Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
Build, ship, and support production-grade applications with a focus on performance and reliability
Write and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and UI testing
Integrate third-party services and APIs such as Firebase or similar tolos
Collaborate on breaking down large technical initiatives into actionable deliverables
Work within and improve existing or legacy codebases to enhance scalability and maintainability Job Requirements
Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
10+ years of professional experience in native mobile development (iOS and Android)
Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
Strong expertise in Swift and Xcode for iOS development
Solid experience with Java or kotlin and Android Studio for Android development
Proven track record building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade mobile applications
Experience writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, UI)
Strong object-oriented design skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code
Experience integrating third-party services and APIs (e.g., Firebase or similar) Nice to have
Familiarity with Node.js or serverless/cloud functions for backend integrations
Experience scaling mobile applications in startup or high-growth environments
Background in planning and breaking down large technical initiatives
Comfort working within and improving existing, legacy codebases
Exposure to mobile performance tuning, analytics, and monitoring tools
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
