Oportunidade de atuação em projeto — Tech Lead de Engenharia de Dados & IA / MLOps (AWS) Sobre a DataEX:

Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuação como Tech Lead de Engenharia de Dados & IA / MLOps , para liderar tecnicamente iniciativas estratégicas em uma plataforma analítica baseada em AWS . A contratação será no modelo PJ , com foco na estabilização, evolução e modernização da arquitetura de dados. Perfil técnico esperado:
• Experiência sólida em Engenharia de Dados na AWS;
• Vivência com AWS Glue para construção e sustentação de pipelines ETL/ELT
• Experiência com Aurora/PostgreSQL, incluindo tuning e otimização de queries
• Conhecimento avançado em SQL e modelagem de dados
• Experiência com cargas batch e streaming de dados
• Desenvolvimento em Python para Engenharia de Dados
• Vivência com práticas de CI/CD, observabilidade e infraestrutura como código (IaC)
• Conhecimento em Terraform, CloudFormation ou AWS CDK
Experiência com pipelines de MLOps:
• Treino, deploy e monitoramento de modelos
• Vivência com soluções de IA em produção
Experiência em liderança técnica:
• Revisão de arquitetura
• Mentoria
• Definição de padrões técnicos Será um diferencial:
• Experiência com arquiteturas modernas de dados (Lakehouse, event-driven, multi-AZ / Alta disponibilidade)
• Conhecimento em AWS Well-Architected e práticas de FinOps
• Vivência com uso de copilotos e agentes de IA no desenvolvimento (Ex.: Amazon Kiro ou equivalentes)
• Familiaridade com Power BI e governança de dados
• Certificações AWS, como: AWS Certified Data Engineer (Associate); AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate) ou similares
• Espanhol a partir do nível intermediário Escopo de atuação:
Revisar, corrigir e reprojetar soluções de ETL/ELT construídas em AWS Glue, eliminando antipadrões e elevando-as a um padrão sustentável.
Conduzir otimização de performance (Tuning de banco (Aurora/PostgreSQL); Otimização de queries; Índices; Modelagem; Processos de carga de dados).
Estabelecer boas práticas de engenharia (Versionamento; CI/CD; Testes; Observabilidade e infraestrutura como código - IaC).
Garantir confiabilidade, escalabilidade e custo-eficiência (FinOps) da plataforma de dados.
Desenhar e operar pipelines de MLOps: Treino, Deploy e Monitoramento de modelos;
Estruturar a infraestrutura que sustenta soluções de IA.
Introduzir e governar o uso de copilotos e agentes de IA na engenharia (Geração assistida de código; IaC; Testes automatizados)
Definir padrões de segurança, governança e qualidade para uso de IA sobre dados sensíveis (incluindo dados de menores), garantindo conformidade com LGPD e regulações equivalentes em contexto multi-país.
Atuar como referência técnica do time de dados (Revisões de arquitetura; Code review; Mentoria e definição de padrões)
Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas.
Orientar decisões de arquitetura em AWS.
Apoiar planejamento técnico, estimativas e evolução do roadmap da plataforma.
