R&D Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● With over 8. ●75 million vehicles sold globally, Chery serves customers in more than 80 countries and regions worldwide. ●Omoda & Jaecoo is an innovative new brand under the Chery Group, operating independently from other Chery brands. ● It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles. ●Summary PositionThis role focuses on managing and testing vehicles throughout the development process, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability. ● The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing various automotive tests, as well as providing technical support and documentation. ●Key ResponsibilitiesOversee, maintain, and instrument vehicles used in R&D and product engineering. ●Develop and implement automotive data security testing strategies. ●Conduct evaluations of drivability, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), ADAS, suspension systems, and charge/discharge performance. ●Perform dynamic tests on development and engineering vehicles. ●Plan and execute durability tests for vehicle components. ●Assess vehicles using subjective and objective criteria, supported by data collection equipment. ●Provide technical assistance, product information, and conduct test drives at events. ●Prepare detailed reports summarizing test results and evaluations. ●RequirementsBachelors degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering field. ●Strong knowledge of vehicle testing methodologies, including drivability, NVH, ADAS, suspension systems, and durability testing. ●Proven experience with vehicle instrumentation, maintenance, and dynamic testing in R&D or product engineering environments. ●Ability to collect, interpret, and report technical data using specialized equipment. ●Familiarity with automotive data security standards and test plan formulation. ●Strong ability to prepare technical reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders. ●Capability to provide technical assistance, product information, and conduct test drives during events. ●Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues during testing and propose engineering solutions. ●Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in product development. ●Fluency in English (written and spoken) for technical documentation and international collaboration. ●Location and work-mode:100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi). ●.
