Grande multinacional referência global em soluções biológicas para a agricultura, com presença em toda a América Latina e um portfólio em expansão de bioestimulantes, bionutrição e biocontrole. Atualmente, busca um(a) Gerente Técnico Regional para a América Latina , que será responsável por liderar o suporte técnico da região.
O profissional atuará como principal referência técnica regional, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com clientes, distribuidores e equipes comerciais no posicionamento de soluções biológicas. Entre suas principais responsabilidades estarão a adaptação do portfólio às diferentes realidades agronômicas dos mercados latino-americanos, a coordenação de ensaios regionais, a capacitação das equipes comerciais e o suporte técnico a contas estratégicas. Além disso, terá papel relevante no lançamento de novos produtos, atuando em conjunto com a equipe global de Pesquisa & Desenvolvimento.
Buscamos profissionais com formação em Engenharia Agronômica ou similares, sólida experiência técnica no agronegócio, vivência tanto em culturas extensivas quanto intensivas, inglês avançado e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes. Para ter sucesso nessa posição, é importante possuir perfil autônomo, forte orientação para resultados e capacidade de atuar em diferentes mercados da América Latina. Experiência prévia com produtos biológicos será considerada um diferencial.
