A GoTo está em busca de alguém para liderar a construção , expansão e escala das iniciativas de Enablement de Parceiros e Vendas via Parceiros para as soluções de UCC da GoTo no Brasil . O foco principal será desenvolver o mercado, executar a estratégia e gerar receita por meio de parceiros , especialmente em regiões novas ou ainda pouco exploradas . Como Regional Partner Sales Manager, você irá :
Gerenciar estrategicamente um portfólio de parceiros , acompanhando todo o ciclo de vendas e impulsionando a expansão para novos territórios por meio do desenvolvimento direcionado de parceiros e de estratégias sólidas de geração de pipeline. Assumir responsabilidade por uma meta de vendas que envolve criação de pipeline, produtividade dos parceiros e geração de receita , ao mesmo tempo em que constrói e mantém relações consultivas sólidas com parceiros novos e existentes em todo o portfólio de produtos GoTo. Atuar em conjunto com equipes de Operações de Vendas , treinamento e outras áreas — como Pré ‑ Vendas, Marketing, Produto e Liderança — para implementar programas de parceiros, remover barreiras comerciais e técnicas, abrir novas oportunidades de mercado e garantir a execução efetiva e a capacitação dos parceiros, alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa. Desenvolver e comunicar propostas de valor adaptadas à realidade regional, além de planos de go ‑ to ‑ market baseados em dados e alinhados às forças de cada parceiro bem como integrar , capacitar e ativar novos parceiros de forma eficiente, acelerando sua geração de receita. Para a posição de Regional Partner Sales Manager, esperamos que você tenha :
Graduação em área relacionada e experiência comprovada na construção de alianças e parcerias estratégicas em empresas de SaaS, especialmente em modelos de vendas orientados por canais ou parceiros , com foco em geração de receita e expansão de mercado. Habilidade de apresentação , análise e pensamento crítico , com capacidade de coletar e interpretar dados, identificar tendências e transformar insights em oportunidades de negócio com parceiros . Histórico consistente de superação de metas de vendas via canal, especialmente em funções ligadas à expansão de mercado ou desenvolvimento de novos territórios . Familiaridade com modelos de negócios baseados em software em nuvem e com o ecossistema SaaS/UCC, além de uma rede sólida de contatos entre operadoras de telecom, revendedores , fornecedores de software, integradores de sistemas ou parceiros B2B. Perfil colaborativo e orientado a soluções , com autonomia para trabalhar de forma independente ou em equipe, adaptabilidade em ambientes dinâmicos e comunicação fluente em português e inglês ( espanhol ou outros idiomas são um diferencial ).
