Senior Sourcing Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We connect consumers with meaningful products and experiences, delivering complex projects that require operational excellence, innovation, and outstanding execution. ●We are looking for a Sourcing to lead our sourcing and product portfolio development efforts. ● This role will play a key part in building successful campaigns by ensuring the right products are available at the right time, with the best balance between cost, quality, and delivery. ●Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Portfolio Strategy- Lead the development and management of product portfolios for promotional campaigns and loyalty programs. ●- Source, develop, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers. ●- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volumes, lead times, and exclusivity agreements. ●- Identify market trends, emerging categories, brands, and opportunities to strengthen campaign competitiveness. ●- Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and business partners. ●Product Management & Sourcing- Lead the development, selection, and management of physical product portfolios for promotional campaigns and loyalty programs. ●- Manage the full product lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through final delivery to clients. ●- Continuously monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and service levels. ●- Drive accountability with suppliers and proactively manage risks related to production, inventory, and delivery. ●- Identify new product opportunities and innovations that align with client objectives and market demand. ●Import & Compliance- Oversee import processes, product certifications, and approvals required for commercialization in Brazil. ●- Coordinate licensing procedures, laboratory testing, and regulatory compliance requirements. ●- Ensure all products meet fiscal, regulatory, and documentation requirements. ●Project Planning & Management- Lead planning and execution of product launches and campaigns. ●- Monitor project performance indicators, costs, margins, and timelines. ●- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams by providing strategic product and supplier insights. ●- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, effectively presenting and defending sourcing strategies and product recommendations. ●Requirements- Proven experience managing physical products, preferably within retail, consumer goods, loyalty programs, corporate incentives, promotional campaigns, or related industries. ●- Strong experience in sourcing, supplier development, procurement, and supplier relationship management. ●- Demonstrated ability to hold suppliers accountable and ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and service excellence. ●- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen. ●- Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering executive presentations to clients and senior leadership. ●- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. ●- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. ●- Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, or related fields. ●- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. ●- Fluent English, both written and spoken. ●Desired ProfileWe are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional with a strong sense of ownership and execution. ● The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, builds long-term supplier partnerships, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. ●Curiosity, resilience, accountability, and a passion for delivering outstanding results are essential for success in this role. ●.
