Senior Content Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is responsible for developing localized, engaging,and high-performing social media contentaligned with brand identity, audience behavior, and business goals. ●The ideal candidate has strong experience in content strategy, creative storytelling, trend adaptation, and social media operations, especially in fast-moving digital industries. ●Professional English communication is required due to collaboration with the global team. ●Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with branding andmarketing objectives. ●- Create monthly and weekly content calendars for all social platforms. ●- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and localized Brazil market preferences. ●- Identify trending topics, viral opportunities, and platform-specific content strategies. ●Content Creation &Execution- Lead content production including:- Social posts- Campaign content- Short-form videos- Promotional creatives- Interactive content- Community engagement content- Collaborate withDesign, Video, CRM, and Branding teams to produce high-quality content assets. ●- Support copywriting, content adaptation, and creative ideation. ●- Optimize content performance based on engagement and platform analytics. ●Performance & Optimization- Monitor socialmediaperformance metrics including engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion trends. ●- Analyze audience behavior and continuously improve content strategies. ●- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research. ●- Ensure content follows platform policies and local compliance requirements. ●Must Have- 4+ years ofexperience in Social Media Content, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related functions. ●- Strong experience in:- Content strategy- Social media operations- Creative campaign planning- Content calendar management- Trend-based content creation- Brand storytelling- Strong understanding of Brazilian social media trends and audience behavior. ●- Strong coordination and project management skills. ●- Professional English communication skills. ●Nice to Have- Experience in iGaming, entertainment, sports, gaming, fintech, or internet platform industries. ●- Experience managing high-growth or fast-paced social media brands. ●- Familiarity with video content, creators, and influencer collaborations. ●- Basic understanding of performance marketing and social analytics. ●- Portuguese and English bilingual capability. ●Ideal Candidate Profile- Creative and highly trend-sensitive. ●- Strong execution capability with hands-on operational mindset. ●- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement. ●- Strong storytelling and branding sense. ●Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmen.
