Location: Remote (Brazil) Duration: Long-Term Contract We are seeking a bilingual Project Coordinator to support project delivery and customer engagements. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, and experienced in coordinating project schedules, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communications .Key Responsibilities :Coordinate project kickoff activities and project schedule sManage project documentation and maintain accurate record sTrack team hours, expenses, and project progres sPrepare and deliver weekly customer status report sCommunicate with internal teams and customers to ensure project milestones are me tAssist with resource coordination and assignmen tSupport Statement of Work (SOW) execution and project administratio nRequired Qualifications :Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal )1+ year of Project Coordination or Project Management experienc eStrong organizational and communication skill sExperience managing schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication sAbility to adapt to changing priorities and deadline sPreferred Qualifications :Experience working with Statements of Work (SOWs )Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides )Portuguese language skill sBachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience )
