Keysight is seeking a highly experienced individual to serve as Country Controller and Operating Manager for Brazil (and Mexico). This individual will operate as the in-country finance leader, demonstrating a strong leadership mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Manages financial and accounting personnel in the delivery of accounting and tax data, financial information and analysis, and business financial support and consulting to management decision-makers. Directs the development, implementation, and administration of financial planning, reporting, and transaction processing systems and procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leads statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance for Brazil and Mexico, including external audits, filings, and country-specific financial matters (e.g., M&A, pensions). Ensures alignment between local statutory reporting and US GAAP, including governance over key differences. Applies deep expertise in Brazil-specific requirements, including ICMS, PIS/COFINS, SPED, and local statutory frameworks. Owns and enhances the country control environment, including design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls. Acts as the primary finance leader and business partner to local and regional management, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making. Partners with corporate tax, treasury, and shared services to ensure compliant and efficient execution of country requirements. Manages accounting operations, including recording, reconciliation, consolidation, and financial reporting to support planning and control. Leads finance team development and execution of key business initiatives and projects. Oversees financial integration efforts for acquisitions, restructurings, and legal entity changes. Drives continuous process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives, leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled tools to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and scale operations. Qualifications

Demonstrated Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights Strong prioritization and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and reliability of output Qualifications, Education, Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with typically 10–12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, or equivalent combination Experience in Brazil finance leadership, preferably within a multinational environment Expertise in local taxes and regulatory requirements for Brazil and Mexico Knowledge of IFRS; US GAAP experience preferred Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) Proven ability to lead and develop teams Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
