Principais responsabilidades
- Gerenciar de 8 a 16 processos seletivos simultâneos (tech, produto e negócios), grande parte em nível executivo
- Conduzir o recrutamento end-to-end
- Alinhar perfil diretamente com cliente final e área de pessoas
- Sourcing ativo (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking)
- Triagem de currículos e entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais
- Apresentação de shortlist e negociação de oferta
- Acompanhamento de onboarding
- Ser ponto único de contato para stakeholders (tech leads, PMs, diretores e founders), garantindo clareza de expectativas
Requisitos
Formação: valorizamos muito mais experiência prática do que diploma.
Experiência: não importa se você tem 6 meses ou 10 anos de recrutamento — buscamos talentos diferenciados.
É necessário:
- Experiência com executive/tech search
- Gestão simultânea de 8 a 16 vagas sênior/gerenciais
- Foco em qualidade (não buscamos “impressoras de currículo”)
- Mentalidade estratégica + entrega rápida e efetiva ⚡
Pacote de remuneração
Salário Fixo PJ
Variável mensal extremamente agressivo
