Strategic Account Executive - Innovative Technical Sales (AI)

Responsibilities BytePlus is seeking a sales leader to:

Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite (more in the AI and MaaS space) and expand BytePlus business across Brazil and the LATAM region.

Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in Brazil, being able to sell consultatively to enterprise and high‑value SME clients.

Execute Go‑to‑Market Strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities, focusing on key sectors like e‑commerce, retail, media, and financial services.

Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities and own the end‑to‑end sales process and customer journey with a good understanding of BytePlus's products and solutions, particularly AI‑driven business applications.

Accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting, leveraging insights from Brazil's unique market dynamics.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding. Drive customers' full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and further referrals, while navigating Brazil's complex regulatory environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree minimum, computer science or engineering equivalent background.

5+ years of B2B sales experience and 3 years in cloud computing, video cloud or AI/ML, experience as a consultative sales or solution sales.

Solid background and expertise in AI technologies and AI‑driven business solutions, with experience in AI transformation using large language models and AI agents.

Have rich resources and relationships with local customers and partners with proven track records, and have a deep understanding of Brazil's digital ecosystem including e‑commerce, fintech, and media sectors.

Strong problem solver, resilient, and good at developing early markets and entering new markets with strong client relationship management skills, particularly in Brazil's competitive tech landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

Agile and entrepreneurial, extremely result‑oriented with an always‑can‑do attitude, able to thrive in Brazil's dynamic business environment.

Sound communication skills and organization skills, able to influence key stakeholders from various backgrounds on complex business and technology‑related topics, including navigating Brazil's regulatory requirements.

Experience working with overseas companies in go‑to‑market strategies, with a deep understanding of Brazil's unique cultural and business practices.

Intensive vertical industry experiences (such as digital media, financial services, e‑commerce, entertainment, content vertical experiences) are highly preferred.
