Vaga: Staff Full Stack Software Engineer – Marketing Automation & Data Pipelines Estamos em busca de um(a) Staff Full Stack Software Engineer para atuar como liderança técnica em uma frente estratégica de Marketing Technology , com foco em Marketo, automação de marketing, pipelines de dados, integrações e gestão de eventos . A pessoa será responsável por definir a arquitetura-alvo da stack de marketing, apoiar a migração do Marketo, orientar engenheiros do time e atuar de forma hands-on no desenvolvimento de soluções escaláveis, integradas e orientadas a dados. Principais responsabilidades:
• Definir a visão técnica de longo prazo para a stack de marketing, envolvendo Marketo, eventos, pipelines de dados, segmentação e integrações com CRM/CDP/Data Warehouse;
• Liderar a arquitetura técnica da migração do Marketo, incluindo modelos de dados, padrões de integração e governança;
• Avaliar e recomendar ferramentas, plataformas e padrões técnicos;
• Mentorar engenheiros em system design, boas práticas de desenvolvimento, testes e integrações;
• Projetar e desenvolver soluções para gestão de eventos, como webinars, eventos presenciais e virtuais;
• Construir e manter pipelines de dados entre Marketo, CRM, Data Warehouse e outras ferramentas de marketing;
• Trabalhar com APIs, webhooks e integrações batch/streaming;
• Desenvolver ferramentas internas, dashboards administrativos e serviços de apoio à operação de marketing. ✅ Requisitos técnicos:
• 5+ anos de experiência em engenharia de software, com atuação full stack;
• Experiência com backend moderno, como Node.js/TypeScript ou Python ;
• Experiência com frontend moderno, como React, Vue ou Angular ;
• Vivência com integrações em Marketo ou plataformas similares, como HubSpot ou Pardot;
• Experiência com APIs, webhooks e integrações customizadas;
• Conhecimento em pipelines de dados batch e/ou streaming;
• Experiência com ferramentas como Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Kafka, Kinesis ou Pub/Sub;
• Conhecimento em modelagem relacional, qualidade de dados e governança;
• Experiência com REST APIs, OAuth, JWT e boas práticas de integração;
• Domínio de SQL;
• Experiência com cloud, especialmente AWS ou GCP ;
• Inglês a nível de conversação . Diferenciais:
• Experiência com CDP, como Segment, mParticle ou Tealium;
• Vivência com sistemas de marketing;
• Conhecimento em ferramentas de analytics/BI, como Looker, Tableau ou Power BI. Procuramos uma pessoa com perfil técnico sênior/staff, visão arquitetural, boa comunicação e capacidade de traduzir necessidades de marketing em soluções tecnológicas robustas.
