Position overview: As a

Finance Intern , you will be a key member of our back-office financial operations.

You will have the chance to interact with a multicultural team and clients, developing yourself in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilities: Revenue Assurance Support the team to prepare the Invoice Mirror of PERM for the client’s approval; Prepare the Invoice Mirror of TEMP for the client’s approval; Keep the Temporary Jobs reports updated; Keep the Placements Controls report update; Participate in the BUH meeting to present Finance KPIs.

Invoicing & Billing Assist in sending the Invoicing process according to the region Write off incoming invoices (controls and banks); Send the Invoice and payment instructions to the clients; Keep the Invoicing and Accounts Receivables report updated; Issue the Billing reminders according to the internal policy.

Reports Support in the Daily reports’ preparation; Support in the preparation of Finance KPI presentation.

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields -

Graduation forecast: June 2026 or December 2026 ; Advanced English is a must.

Spanish is a plus; Upper-intermediate/Advanced Excel is a must.

Power BI is a plus; Business-oriented mindset; Hands-on profile; Ability to work autonomously; High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; Motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
